This webinar series will include a focused discussion of standards used to accredit Medical Rehabilitation programs as well as a discussion of a strength demonstrated by an accredited program during a recent survey.

In this webinar, we will discuss standards including 1.I.2 which is new to the 2024 Manual and describes how an organization demonstrates a systematic approach to workforce development and management activities and practices. The second standard discussed will be 2.B.3 and describes how a program provides information on admission and discharge/transition criteria to persons served, families/support systems and other relevant stakeholders. Finally the innovative and creative practice discusses will be how organizations can leverage the measurement of the experience of stakeholders to enhance performance and build relationships with various stakeholders.
